Boaz Inbal PhD., Vice President of Chemistry

Dr. Boaz Inbal brings 25 years of broad experience in early-stage small-molecule drug discovery. He previously served as Associate Director at Epix Pharmaceuticals, where he led multiple research programs focused on identifying small-molecule inhibitors targeting GPCRs.

He later became the Chief Technology Officer at ProMining Therapeutics Ltd., a biotech startup, where he developed small-molecule mimetics of SH3 protein domains.

Before joining Anima Biotech, Dr. Inbal was Vice President of R&D at AgPlenus, a subsidiary of Evogene, where he oversaw several research initiatives aimed at discovering novel small-molecule pesticides. His background combines deep scientific expertise in both chemistry and biology with extensive leadership experience, including successful collaborations with leading industry partners.
